Hola comunidad! Estoy configurando un proyecto en Jira Service Management, y quería saber si era posible (y como hacer) para que los clientes puedan visualizar el SLA en el ticket. De momento solo los agentes pueden hacerlo.

Lamentablements vas a tener que usar este plugin "Extension for service desk": https://deviniti.com/support/addon/server/extension/latest/show-sla/ (nosotros lo tenemos y hace milagros)
Out of the box esta funcionalidad no existe que yo sepa.
