Rich text editing on jira work management form

Hey everyone, I have added a custom paragraph field to my jwm project and changed the renderer to wiki style. I can add rich formatting in the issued editor but I not on the associated jwm form. Any chance I am missing a setting somewhere?

Facing the same issue -- rich-text formatting does not seem to be available in forms
