Goal: To create a recurring month-end Epic with tasks/subtasks and due dates being set automatically relative to Work Day 1 in line with the previous Cloned month-end task list.
I'm finding it difficult to achieve what I would see as a very standard desired outcome for a Finance Team.
All suggestions online are saying to create an automation which references each and every task and subtask in our list of 50+ Issues individually in order to achieve this.
There must be a better solution! Please Help!

Thanks John! Have had a stab at it, but the automation isn't working, attaching some screenshots in case you were able to help diagnose, would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

Okay, this doesn't look like anything in the article haha. There's multiple errors so it is a little hard to following. What are you really trying to do? And why was the article not helpful for you?

Cloning complicated issue hierarchies with Jira Automations can be quite difficult and is rather prone to errors. If you are willing to use a third-party app, our Deep Clone for Jira can help you to achieve your goal.
You can have Jira Automation trigger an Epic Clone on your recurring epic, you can read more on how to do that here.
To set the wanted Due Date value, you can configure the Field Editor feature with Jira expressions.
