I am exploring how to use Jira Work Manager for a Training life cycle automation in my Org.
By end of every month I would like to Archive trainings completed during the month (trainings that will be in Done stage) but "Release version" like what we have in Kanban Board is not available in Jira Work Manager, Do we have a work around to achieve this functionality...
Hi @Jithesh
In jira work management we have the release button option. I hope you are referring to this ?

Vishwas
Yaa I think this will work. Hope this work like the Release version in Kanban (i.e. All Done items will be moved to the created version of the project)

Hi @Jithesh
Welcome to the community!
I believe jmw has a lot of limitations in terms of functionality and releases would be one of them, but atlassian folks can confirm.
In your case add a new customfield that tracks releases as a drop down.
I hope this helps.

Actually like in Release a version in Kanban I would like to move all Done cases of the month so that the Board will be less cluttered. Otherwise in about 2 to 3 months we will have more that 200 - 300 Issues lying idle in Done stage
