Hi, I wrote a service class to get Jira issues and check some customfield values. Now, i want to send an email from this service (it's ok, i'm able to send a simple mail in my java class) but i want to use an existing Jira mail template. Is it possible ? Thank you.

Is there a possibility to create a template of project with already predefined tasks?

my usecase would be to run simmilar projects and not to have t ore-create all the tasks every time when a new project starts.

the tasks are the same for each new project.
