Hi, 

I am getting this error since some time now, regarding the Atlassian site being unavailable.

I do not see any updates regarding maintenance on Atlassian status page though. Is this a known issue? Is so, what is the expected time for resolution of this issue?

If you're handy with a database:

select * from cwd_users; gives the userlist, and directory_id matches:

select * from cwd_directory; and the two entwine in:

select * from cwd_membership;
