Suddenly, Date time format error

When registering an issue, will the time and date registration parts be automatically changed? There was no problem until yesterday, but when I tried to register today, a date format error occurred as shown below. What should I do?>

The Issue Collector is a JIRA plugin which will always display as a modal box, as coded.

The best I can suggest to you is that you just redirect people to a html page which will load the issue collector on load event. (which I did on some use cases).
