i hope you can help me, because i´m going crazy with this.
Currently there is a person in our company who does not receive the confirmation email when he want to register.
We have done tests about the network connection and confi but we dont see anything.
Can you check if the account is a black list or something like that?

You change that by creating a dummy priority, make it the default then delete it. Now there is no default priority

Try setting the field "hidden" in the field configuration for the project. That should minimise the amount of priority you see.
