for meeting s it exist now a new plugin "Meeting Time for JIRA". I think this plugin is exactly what you need!

I think you would need a separate custom field to track this. But not currently possible in Cloud. Feature request for this is at: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-12920
