My workboard disappeared and it's redirecting to https://neshbedrock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/custo

Since the beginning of the week my workboard is offline, when I click on the dashboard saved in "my favorites", I'm being redirected to the link "https://neshbedrock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals".
Is it possible for a dashboard to disappear like this? How can I resolve this issue?

this feature is not availble in jira yet, check this issue and vote up to implement this feature for system field and you can find some workarounds here
