We have team and company managed projects and in settings for both you can dictate when the done column is cleared (1,2,4 weeks etc...) but In teams managed you can manually clear down this column via the three dots next to the column header. This isn't present on company managed board. Is there a way to manually clear down?
I too am having this problem and haven't been able to get it working by tinkering with the customfield xml file either. If there is a work around or fix, it would be great to know about.
