I am currently working on new automation rules and have an issue with the assignee.
When I create sub-tasks and try to assign an assignee, the list of users is loading infinite and never showing any user in our company.
I checked with the admin team and they confirm that I have the same permissions for the project as them.
Also, when one person of the admin team, assigns the tasks to me, I receive an error when I run the automation rule:
User 'ug:xxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxxx' cannot be assigned issues. (assignee)

Thanks but this seems to be describing how to allow attachments to tickets in general. We currently have attachments turned on, the problem is that for tickets that are automatically created from an email, I want the original email message automatically attached to the ticket.
