How to change resolution from "Unresolved" to "Resolved" ?

Zac KING
September 19, 2022

Hi,

I am using Jira work management, The Status change doesn't make the Resolution change.
For example after I change the Status to "Done" the Resolution didn't change to "Resolved"(In Jira software project it automatically change resolution to "Resolved" when I make the status to "Done"), which also makes the difficulty to generate Created V.S Resolved report. Please kindly investigate this issue or let me know if I made mistake, thank you!

Best Regards,
Zac

Conditions must be set in the workflow to allow the outcome of what you want with your subtasks.

Hope the link will be helpful

The condition is actually called "Sub-Task Blocking Condition" if that helps at all.

Thank you, yes I see this blocking condition. However, I can only find the option to close the parent task if ALL the subtasks are Approved. I want to ability to have engineers submit subtasks from a parent, my team Approve or Reject, and only when 1 subtask is Approved will the parent close.
