How do I add multiple sub task types with different workflows?

I'm trying to add multiple sub tasks with different workflows, but all i see is create subtask and when i go to issue types and add issue type I can't seem to add another sub type task

Christine, you should be able to either download the free trial from the Universal Plugin Manager in JIRA or download it from the Atlassian Marketplace.

According to their marketplace page, the basic features are free forever.

The basic features are FREE for everyone and forever. The Free license can be requested via "License Management" under the menu "Gantt chart".

They told me that after the free trial, the basics feature should be available, but it is not the case. I can't access the gant chart at all....

Are you not able to get to the License Management link under the Gantt Chart menu to request a free license?
