Clone issue with requirements does not work

Hi,

I try to clone an issue if certain requirements are matched:



But sadly i get the following error message:



What could be the problem here?

I already checked the atlassian-addons-project-acces permission and it should be correct.

If you are talking about Sprints in Rapidboard, it is stored in a custom field by the name 'Sprint'. But changing that directly is not recommended as this will lead the Sprint history of GreenHopper inconsistent.

If you are looking at the usage of Classic boards, then the sprint information is stored in Fix Version(s) and the CSV import wizard directly supports this.

So there's no way to import to import such that greenhopper sees it?
