Cannot add Watchers via CSV Upload

Hello, 

I am unable to add watchers via CSV upload. I have found many other inquiries with the same frustrations. Is this a feature that will ever become available to admins?

No. Versions do not have custom fields.

Dependent fields are messy, and not supported by Jira.

In both cases, you'll need to do some coding to support these requirements. The second one is often approached with javascript tricks as well as the behaviours plugin. The first one probably needs coding in the core of Jira, I've not seen a plugin to do it.
