I am trying to create a new test case using Zephyr add-on in Jira. I navigate to Tests/create a test. A window appears wih Project and a Issue type dropdown. The only issue type that displays in the dropdown is Task. How do I set Issue type as Test?

Can Jira Work Management send notifications based on a date?

I currently use Smartsheet functions to send emails to contract owners 30, 60 and 90 days before a contract expires. I have been asked to determine if we could transition the entire contract management process into JWM, and I see this as the biggest blocker.

Hi Kiffany.

To use Zephyr in a project, you just need to have the Test issue type associated with the Issue type Scheme of the project.
