Hello everybody,

I am creating a project in JWM, for which I would like users to create tickets by filling out a form in which I would need that whoever completes the form (reporter) could indicate the assignee.

I cannot insert in the form the assignee field; I tried to put a "person" field and then create an automation that transform the person into the assignee person, but it doesn't work,

Do you have any suggestions?

Just a thought... it seems you may be impacted by this issue too. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-44875  Please vote for this to be considered for "fixing"

I've just noticed the same issue when I transitioned an issue, and we've never enabled anonymous users.

You mention that you have enabled Anonymous Users before so this may happen during that timeframe which can explain the Anonymous in the transition tab. Isn't this the case? Did it happen after you have disabled the Anonymous user login?
