Approvals in Jira Work Management Cloud

Hey all,

I am trying to set up approvals for a Jira Work Management workflow like is shown in the Work Management introduction video (see attached image).

I am very confused as there are some explanations on how to do it, but none of them seem to work. The " Add approval" box that is referred to often for instance does not exist.

Is it possible to set up approvals as is shown in the marketing video? And if so, is there a guide that explains how to do it?

Hi, I would have a cold failover of Crowd ready. Set a low TTL on the DNS. You can literally failover in 5-10mins without any issues that way. Would solve most of the problems.

You can set the cache to longer. By default it's 1 hour isn't it? Unless you've changed it.

The downside of a longer cache is taking longer to propagate though you can manually refresh if you know there's a change you need to be picked up.
