Modifications in tickets not saved

Some users of my organisation have the feeling that they done some modifications few times ago on tickets (file attached, comments, details,...) but they have not been saved.

So they have to redo the job.

Are you aware of some typicals situation that may be involved ? I think about users working at the same time on same tickets perhaps. Is there other situations?

Ok, figured it out. Only jira-developers was set as team-members in the default team, and I wasn't a member of that group.
