In JIRA we create different projects for each client and of course have multiple projects per client. What's the best way then to summarize/group all issues per client? I was thinking to create a custom "Client" field on Issues, but then that seems a bit silly because the client really is tied to the Project for the issue. Is there a way to automatically set the client value based on the Project being used in the Issue? ... or is there a better way I am not seeing?

Managing incoming projects with Salesforce integration

Does anyone have experience managing incoming projects using the Salesforce integration? For example, initial request comes in through email and then we use the Outlook integration to create a new Jira card. From there, how does pertinent data integrate with Salesforce, and is it bi-directional?
