Is it possible to add the issue security level field and the assignee field to the form?

Hi,

based on a user requirement I would like to ask if there is a possibility to add the issue security level field and the assignee field to the form in JIRA work management.

I already added the fields to the specific screen but the don´t show up at the "form-building-page".
