I want to add Sub-task in existing Sub-task

In "Business Project", I understand that there are Sub-task in Task. But is it able to add another Sub-task in already existing sub-task?

1. No, but all the spreadsheets I've seen in the last decade allow "save as csv"

2. If you really need pure CSV direct from Jira then it should be easy to write a plugin to add a new "view" to the issue navigator
