How to sort the Board Columns in Jira Work Management

Hi

How can i pre sort the columns in the board?

I know, every user can sort it by himself, but how can i define the standard board as admin?

Not sure if this will help but can you try to reindex you JIRA instance? I believe that "it says they have 2 open issues assigned and cannot be deleted" is searched via the issue navigator.

Else, pop into the database and check whether there is an assignee there.
