I want to export issues with their details into an excel file. How can I achieve this?
Looking at the error message, it seems that the email do not have a correcty title or header that made JIRA not possible to post the comment to the related ticket.
On the other hand, maybe you can turn on the incoming mail log in the page "Administration >> Logging & Profiling" for a further troubleshooting or you can fire a support ticket for it.
Actually, only one message has no subject, other 3 messageS have common subject, i hope to give you screen snap-shot, but cannot(either PNG or JPG)
