How can I get the system field Category added to my old projects?

I noticed that there is a new Jira created field available for JWM. But it seems that this field is only available for new projects. Wondering how can I add this field to my old projects?

You'll need to find or write a plugin to do that (and persuade Atlassian to install it in OnDemand)
