My jira email used to be working normally whenever I am pinged.
However, it now appears in a different format as before. Anyone can advise? Thank you.
Not out of the box. If the subtype is available in the project it can be used. There may be a plugin to do this, I suggest you search the marketplace if you haven't

I've had no luck finding exactly what I'm looking for in the marketplace, but it's a good place to keep an eye on.
