Export workflow from XML to Jira cloud

Hi

How can I import workflow from XML file to Jira cloud?

It is hard to understand why I can export workflow to XML, but I cannot import it again.??

Not a clue, there's no log here, just a picture of some sort of application that has removed all context and useful information from the display of the log.

You need to read the log properly to see what it is doing and where this is coming from, and perhaps set up whatever analyser this is so that it can also read logs properly
