The JIRA Timesheet Reports and Gadgets plugin is developed by a third party vendor (Andriy Zhdanov), so unless the vendor plans to make this plugin compatible with Confluence in the future, this is not possible.
I would recommend you to get in touch with the plugin vendor for more information about this.
