In JIRA work management is it possible to provide access to the customer like similar to JIRA Service management.
Like having a separate portal or customer view, or adding customers or adding an organization.

The Sauce Labs Add-on's are 3rd party products, CustomWare offer support at the following address suport@customware.net. There is a great guide here on quick start set-up of this connector: http://wiki.customware.net/repository/display/SLJIRA/Quick+Start+Guide
The guide indciates a successful export to JIRA as the final step and doesn't cover the 'Test' link you have discussed. Can you provide anymore detail?
