Hi AllI want to be able to have a bunch of people to receive notifications for ALL changes made to their component. I can achieve the same behavior for a single user if i add component user in the notification schemes but how to achieve the same behavior for several users.Rahul

Automation rule to execute if it is in same state for more than 10 min

In Data centre version, i wanted to execute an automation rule as below:

if it is in same state named X for more than 10 min and issue is still in unassigned i need to alert the agent

I do it by making the component lead a JIRA user that represents a group, and has an appropriate distribution list as the email address.
