Automate flow to confluence - creating a new decision making page

Hi, 

I am wondering if Jira and Confluence can do below

1. Raise a ticket

2. Create sub-tasks by suppliers

3. Collect quotations by multiple suppliers, but quote is recorded in sub-tasks in table format (for multiple items)

Above will be done manually.

Can we automatically consolidate quotes (from multiple tables) into a single table and create a new decision making page in confluence?

A post condition for the workflow to set the Remaining Estimate to zero should help you to achieve this.
