All 'To Do' and 'In Progress' issues have disappeared from my board.

The 'Done' or resolved issues still remain. This happened following the addition of a new issue type.  These all appear in lists and filters, however, the board is wiped clean.  I had tried to create a new workflow to solve the problem, but it doesn't work.

Upon searching for a solution, I continue to see that I need to re-index my information. The problem is there is no option for indexing available.  Even though I am the ORG ADM, and have access to all administrative features.

Put them into groups and use the groups in the right projects.  I just scribbled much the same on https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/11990804

The problem is that it is not groups that I want to limit to certain projects, it's users. What I mean is that I have three groups (admins, pm's, devs). I only want certain users in the dev group to be able to view the projects that have been assigned to them. I don't want the whole dev group to be able to see the that dev's project(s).
