REST API for control of automation rules

The Jira REST API documentation doesn't seem to include any operations for managing Jira Automation rules. 

 

Are CRUD operations available in the REST API for automation rules? If not, any plans to add to the APIs?

I don't think it is possible. I've found issue JRACLOUD-77049, you can vote for it.
