Quick Filter with drop down of selectable list of values

I want to create a quick filter on a board that allows a drop down of selectable values, based on the field in question. 

For instance, a field on the issue that has a Y or N value.

Or (what I'm really driving for) is an "Assigned To" drop down where the list in the drop down is each team member who is an "assignee" on an issue on the board.

From this drop down, a single, multiple or all entries can be selected; the result of the filter would then limit what issues are displayed on the board.

I am a project admin, but not a Jira admin, working on Jira Cloud software.

Welcome to the community.

That is not a feature that is currently available for Jira Cloud, and I have not found any third party apps so far that can add that feature.

You might want to contact Atlassian Support directly to see if they have something like that in their backlog.
