Queues not work in JSM projects

Good morning everyone.

This morning, all JSM projects that have something like summary !~ "test" on the queue filter are not working. However, the same filter with the !~ "test" on a normal filter outside a project works perfectly.

Not working "inside a JSM project"

Working but on a filter outside any project

Would someone have a clue why?

Is the first part of your filter correct?

CF != empty

is empty a value in that field ?

If not, you should use

CF is not empty
