We've been using Jira for a few years - and we have a lot of projects. Over 1000.
They all use the same workflow scheme.
I've updated some workflows and am editing the workflow scheme.
I'm on step 2 of 2: Migrating issues to the new workflows.
It seems to be moving - says that it's "Migrating issues of project...: and the project it says it's migrating keeps changing.
However, it has said "0% complete" for like 25 minutes now. This is new - haven't seen this before with updating workflow schemes.
I did get an error when I finished Step 1, but when I went to investigate I am not seeing anything other than what I've described above.
So...is it REALLY stuck?
I know this can take a while with so many projects but I'm wondering when I need to call in support.
