I need help...
So I have a project with a name Apoio ao cliente then inside i have categories:
Open, waiting from client answer , carrier.
We create an email only for the carriers. Automation was created.
Most of the emails goes to the right category.
But exist 2 emails that dont go to tag carrier.
When: Issue created
Creator is one of:
(is this fiel i insert all the email from all carriers)
Then: Edit issue fields
I insert a tag to carriers

Can you provide an actual screenshot of your rule?
And does the rule fire and the users just don't receive the emails?

when the carrier email send a email to us should go to carrers tag in the main project and won't go.

I don't see anything in the rule that would send an email

You have the rule above - but it is not sending any email. You should add a new action for Email issue.
