@Christian Beck under "Forms" you should be able to now create more than one form. If you're not seeing this yet, please wait a few days as we're just rolling this out now! Feel free to reach out to me next week if you still can't see it.
Hi Ron,
Thanks for your reply. We do have the "create form" button in our team-managed business projects. However, that isn't the case for company-managed business projects. Will this also be updated, or is it the way it should be?

Okay I need to correct that. We have the "Create form" button in SOME team-managed projects.

Hi @Christian Beck ,
Can you confirm that these projects are on the same instance? If they are on different instances, then you may be seeing this on projects on one instance instead of the other because we are still in the process of rolling this feature out currently.

Hi Jane,
For some reason only a few pages show the explanation view of the Forms feature. Thats why I thought we already have the option on some Projects. However we do not have the option to have multiple Forms. It seems we are not included in the Rollout yet. When will the Rollout be completed?

thx @John Funk ! we're actually looking into adding support for multiple "simple" (JWM style) forms regardless of Proforma. Keen to hear your thoughts on this!

Awesome! It doesn't have to be a ProForma form by any means, but having multiple forms of any sort is helpful!

Hi John - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
As Ron alludes, with the integration of ProForma forms into Jira and Jira Work Management, it will bring with it the ability to have multiple forms on a JWM project. Exciting stuff!

Hi John,
I am trying to implement multiple forms into JIRA Work Management projects, but I can't seem to find the right settings for it.
I can access the form category, but the create a form button is missing. Do you know where the error might be?

Yes we've build some forms.
But we did not use them yet. There are still some adjustment to be made.

Can a JWM form be copied or moved into another JWM project? This is in regards to Jira cloud specifically.
