We are planning to onboard jira work management software as a solution for our enterprise operations project.

We need your help to understand how to show project POAP in jira work management or do you need to have any additional add-on? As far as i know by looking at JWM we can use timeline or we can create some templates..but how?

Can you please assist me with this?

Hi Meraj,

I have not done POAP before, but the Timeline feature in JWM will certainly give you a Roadmap/Gantt type look to your information. I would simply suggest you give it a try and see if it works the way you would like it to.

Can you please suggest if we can use Jira Roadmap basic to visualize POAP? If yes, how can I activate jira roadmap on trial version/environment?

If I understand what a POAP is, then it's pretty much the same thing as a Roadmap. And Roadmaps are already available for single projects in Jira.
