Has anyone found a way of pulling out the list of all Organizations and related Customers from the system?

When it comes to exporting customers, currently, there is no option to export the organizations and customers in the organizations.
There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:

Disappointing, as it will mean a full day wasted to log manually for me unfortunately - and that snap shot is only valid at the time it is taken.
