Number of Updated Issue for Free Subscription

Hello Dears,


I have a question about how many times my user's can make an updated on Issues,

Because i have one from my user get  a warning massage he can't  make any update after 5 days, I don't know why?


I'm working on Free Subscription.

As many as they need.

If your people are blocked from updating issues after five days, then one of your admins has added a validator or something else to the workflow that checks the data and blocks updates.

I will inform what exactly I received as below:

Email Notification are off until 30/Jul/21

You've sent the maximum number of notification in 1 day for your Plan.

This limitation will be removed when you moved to StandardlPremuim(paid) plan after your evolution period .



I working on Free subscription and I don't have permeation for my user's.

Hey Ammar,

An update and a Notification are two different things. Free users indeed have unlimited updates but are limited to just 5 notifications are allowed per user per day.
