New style hides issue id on board cards

Since the new styling update (couple weeks ago) the issue ID is usually hidden from the cards on our sprint board. They seem to show in some cases but not others.

This is really frustrating because now I need to click and open each ticket to find the ID.

I tried looking at the card layout options in Board Settings but it isn't listed as an field.

Hello @Andrew Fellman

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Is this for a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project? That information will show at the bottom of the panel to the left of the board.

You said this is a sprint board, but you also put your post in the Jira Work Management forum. Jira Work Management is a product and type of project, like Jira Software and Jira Service Management are products and types of projects. Jira Work Management actually does not support the use of Sprint boards so I suspect you are using Jira Software. You can confirm this is a Jira Software project by looking in that panel on the left again, up at the top where the project name is shown. Right below that it will probably say "Software project".
