Since the beginning of the week my workboard is offline, when I click on the dashboard saved in "my favorites", I'm being redirected to the link "https://neshbedrock.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals".
Is it possible for a dashboard to disappear like this? How can I resolve this issue?
Thanks, community.
Hey @Bruno Nagano welcome to the community!
Normally when a user is redirected to the customer portals that means they don't have any license assigned to them.
I would suggest for you to ask an admin to validate if you had a JSW or JSM license assigned to you which has been removed.
Since Jira cannot detect you as an internal user (developer or agent) it will redirect you to the portal as customer.
Hey @Dirk Ronsmans ! Thank you for support.
We chose the free plan for task development, something simple to manage for a team of 3 people.
We create from JWM option but in this situation I am only a user and not an admin but the frame also does not appear for the admin and redirects him to the portal link.
Do you know something similar?
Thank you again
