You could use the Move issues feature. Here is an overview.

  1. in Advanced issue search build a JQL that returns all issues
  2. Click on the ellipses and choose bulk change
  3. select all issues
  4. choose move operation
  5. follow the screen instructions 

With that said there are some caveats and things you have to manage through depending on the complexity of your current project. For example tasks and subtasks. If you don't have any sub tasks then this will go very smoothly. If you have different issue types with different workflows then you should do the move one type at a time.

ultimately what I encourage you to do is to create some test issues within your current project and then practice the move to the new project. Once you have your bases covered you can do all of the real issues.
