Jira Service Management to Jira Work Management

hello!

I'd love to get some feedback from anyone who may have done something similar.. currently trying to get users to submit a ticket for an event planning request, to then move it into another project for management. I found this option below, but I'm curious to see if anyone else has used it in a similar matter or if there's another option. so far it's been pretty good.

Hi Aldo,

Yes, I have done this a lot. I use Jira Work Management's easy form creation for intake of new work. Then I have an automation rule that creates or clones the JMW issue into a Jira Software project.
