When an issue is completed, it is removed from the board. I want to be able to see the issues that have been moved to done, what setting allows this?
Hi Crystal - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
What type of project are you using? Company-managed? Team-managed? Jira Work Management?
@John Funk I am in JWM and have this issue. When moved to Done/Complete they disappear. Also when moving across columns they sometimes disappear (have to just change status in the card to prevent).

Cards will disappear from a JWM board after they have been moved to the Done column for 2 weeks. Otherwise, they should not disappear. I think there might have been a short-lived bug in the system that might have caused this to happen in the past few days. Is it still happening?

Thanks @John Funk for responding. Now ALL my cards in all In Progress and Done columns disappeared except one. Help!

Sorry, I don't know what else to tell you other than you should submit a support ticket to Atlassian.
