Issues Creating tickets via Brightidea <> Jira Integration

Hi All,

We are trying to set up a new integration/application link with BrightIdea.

We have followed the setup instructions from: https://support.brightidea.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049615853-Jira-Integration and have been able to get the "link issue" feature to work however we are getting 500's from the "create issue" feature in bright idea.

I'm looking to see if anyone else has ran into this issue, if they have, how did they solve it.

Hello, Good day. Kindly submit support request on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1231644/brightidea-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support. We don't have access to addon logs.

Thank you for the response. Since posting this, we've reached out to the vendor directly and discovered that the app on the marketplace is actually a paid app purchased directly through them, and were informed that the issue we are experiencing is a bug on their side not with the Atlassian connection.
