The Atlassian Community can help you and your team get more value out of Atlassian products and practices.
I have been trying to get all users account Ids via the JIRA Oauth2 Integration 3LO app and getting the below error
https://{{Jira-Endpoint}}/rest/api/3/users
I am using most of the scopes too.
manage:jira-configuration manage:jira-project manage:jira-webhook write:jira-work read:jira-work read:jira-user manage:jira-data-provider offline_access
Response received :
{"code":401,"errorMessage":"Unauthorized"}
I am getting the same error on postman as well
I am generating a new Bearer access token using the refresh token every 5 mins for the api requests
Could anyone please advise on fixing this issue
Hi @Ankith Rai, welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You have probably figured this out by now, just in case: App development related questions are best asked in the Jira Cloud Development category of the Atlassian Developer Community, you have a greater chance to get feedback from other app developers there. Both the oauth2 and 3lo tags have frequent activity, and quite some Atlassian team members are monitoring the developer community as well.
Cheers,
Steffen
