Can we share a form we created in a work management project with external people? This would be helpful for our hiring process.
Hi, @Christian_Korte !
If you still looking for a solution, try out Smart Jira Forms.
I`m from the SaaSJet team and we have developed this add-on for collecting data, feedback, etc. Sharing the forms externally is also available.
Hi Christian - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You can, but the user would have to be a licensed Jira user with access to that project.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Hey @Christian_Korte
Welcome to Atlassian Community !!
Well that's not possible in Jira Work Management forms for unlicensed users.
For users to submit response in forms the have to be part of the userbase in jira. And they should have browse/create issue permission in that project.
Please check here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/who-can-view-your-projects-form/

Vishwas

As @John Funk and @Vishwas have said, this is not possible unless the person filling out the form has an account that is active in the destination Jira instance. I know from talking with Atlassian they are pondering the notion of "How could we make this possible", but it is not so easy....and many organisations security teams would not allow it even if possible.
